    Refund policy

    We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from our ecommerce website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on special promotions such as BOGO. 

    To return your product you must request a RMA number. Once you receive you RMA, your return should be shipped to the address provided in the email. You will be responsible for paying the original, return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
