Domestic Shipping (USA):

We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping for orders under $60 within the United States; over $60 shipping is free. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally range from 3-7 business days.

For Buy One Get One sales, the full shipping rate will apply. 

International Shipping:

For international orders, rate is dependent on location selected. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via international standard shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing times, but generally range from 7-21 business days.

Customs and Duties:

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by your country's customs agency. We cannot predict or control these charges and are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package's delivery status and estimated delivery date.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
